Day 295 ~ Water Bottles

Sean is the trainer for Connor's hockey team - so he's in charge of the kids' water bottles.  We fill these up at least four times a week, sometimes five.

Day 290 ~ Player of the Game

Connor played today - the kids played hard, but it was a loss nonetheless.  The day got better when Connor was awarded Player of the Game award!

Mommy finally got smart - this is how Mason spent some of his time at the game.  He is obsessed with hockey sticks, and the last couple of games all he sees are hockey sticks that he can't get.  These mini-sticks did the trick!

Day 287 ~ Non Sleeping Baby

Mason woke up crying and unconsolable at 9:30pm...this is him at 10:30pm.  There's one last molar waiting to poke through - and I think it's going to be a tough one.

Day 276 ~ Hockey Star

Today was our first regular season game...we lost, but the kids had a great time on the ice.  Here's my superstar in action.

Day 263 ~ Rep Hockey Game Day Attire

So Connor made the rep team, which means that dress code for games is now as follows:  dress pants, dress shoes, white shirt and tie.  He was pretty excited about this - and wants to wear it for picture day as school.  I wonder how his 25 year old self will feel about this cute little boy in the shirt and tie?

They think he's showing promise.

Day 94 ~ Hockey Tournament

Connor had a hockey tournament this weekend - lots of arena time for me!  Here's my star on the ice.

Day 87 ~ On Being a Spectator

This is how Morgan spends all of her time at Connor's hockey games.  All of his games have been at an arena with nowhere to sit, so I stand in the warm area behind the windows, and Morgan plays with her Leapster, eats her Goldfish and drinks water.  Today we added some Timbits to the mix.

Day 86 ~ Goaltending Duties

Connor was the goaltender at today's playoff game.  He did an awesome job, and had to deal with a lot of breakaways - his team won with a score of 4-2, and will be going to the championship game.

Day 80 ~ Champions

Connor's hockey team won the hockey tournament they were in over March Break.  The trophy is treasured in my house - by both Connor AND Morgan.

Day 52 ~ Street Hockey

Time for some fresh air.
