Day 268 ~ Outdoor

Mason and I hung out in the yard for a bit today.  He loves our little slides.

Day 231 ~ Climbing Trees

It's hard to find a good "climbing" tree.  Luckily, my sister has a good one in her front yard.

Day 214 ~ Centennial Park

I have fond memories of Centennial Park...it doesn't look anything like what I remembered, but it's awesome.  Morgan has just recently learned how to do the swings by herself.  What a milestone!

Mason also loves the swing.

Day 202 ~ Splash Works

Went to Wonderland today - love these season passes.  This is Connor when the giant bucket was emptied.

Day 198 ~ Family Playdates

I bought this beach towel in March 1989, when I went to Daytona for March Break with three of my friends.  It is still the towel I take with me everywhere.

Today was a playdate at a friend's house.  These are my "girls"...we met in 1999 as part of a Dragon Boat team, and as we added partners to our lives, we started to meet for brunch or dinner every once in a while.  Throw in a few kids, and the dates get further and further apart.  This is the first time we all met as families.  So what started as four girls has grown to 8 adults, 7 kids, and another imminent arrival.  Connor and Morgan loved the diving board.

Day 181 ~ First Day of Summer Vacation

Well summer has begun...we took the kids to the park this morning. 

Morgan was tired after that excursion.  I guess I know the recipe for this summer:  wake up, GO! GO! GO!, then ZZZZZ.....

The ice cream truck came by...I've been saying no for two months, so today I said YES.

Day 176 ~ Splashpad

Connor's class went to a park with a splashpad for the morning.  Mason and I tagged along.

Day 164 ~ Sunday Afternoons

Kids and the neighbours out on their scooters...Lovely Sunday afternoon spent outside.

Day 161 ~ Backyard Fun

I remember when Connor started playing on this play structure...now Mason's trying it out!

Day 92 ~ Summer Weather

In April...we reached 26 degrees today.  So of course we spent most of the day outside.

Day 78 ~ Disney World in Chalk

Morgan drew Disney World today.  We see the Castle, and below are all the rides and hotels.  I see it's sunny in WDW.  Hopefully this is what we'll get in six weeks.

Day 76 ~ Day at the Park

Wow!  Today was gorgeous out, so we went to the park.

Mason found it very exciting.
