We got a sitter tonight, and went out for dinner. It's our first time using the 14 year old across the street, but we are going t make this a regular occurance. I was really hoping for The Keg, but it was a 60 to 90 minute wait, and it was already 8PM! So we went to Milestones instead. I really wish I remembered to take a picture BEFORE I ate my dinner....This used to be Pan Seared Scallops, with braised bok choy and red peppers in a yellow curry sauce, served over jasmine rice. Delicious!
